We are a collective of Yoga facilitators based in Tiwa territories, and native to Mesoamerican lands (Mexica, Maya, Nahuatl, Nahua, Nicarao).
Our mission is to provide accessible, bilingual yoga spaces (offering Spanish and English) that are affordable, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive to all. By doing this, we aim to promote physical and mental well-being and to reclaim the right to heal, rest, and reclaim equitable access.
Our classes welcome everyone; no yoga experience is required unless otherwise indicated. We aim to make all our classes affordable by providing donation-based and free classes and by offering all of the equipment needed for your practice at no additional cost.
We envision a thriving, diverse community that has access to health, rest, and joy through yoga and meditation.

Increases self-knowledge, agency and power
Yoga is a powerful practice to cultivate self-discovery and for self-realization.
It helps you connect with your body, thoughts, and emotions in a mindful way.
It also allows you to choose how to engage with them in a conscious way to care for your needs in the present moment.
Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
A routinely yoga practice has been proved to reduce stress, anxiety and symptoms of trauma, and depression. Because of its focus in cultivating mindfulness and awareness, yoga can be a great complimentary treatment for mental health challenges and for all those who are looking to improve their overall wellbeing.
Promotes physical and mental wellbeing
Mindful movement (Asana) helps improve muscle strength and flexibility, joint lubrication, blood and oxygen circulation. Research shows that yoga can help reduce syptoms of a variety of physical ailments.
Chair and bed yoga offer the same physical benefits for folks who are not able/willing to practice yoga in a mat.
Facilitates community ties and connections
Our classes welcome everyone, no yoga experience is required unless otherwise indicated. We aim to make all our classes affordable and accessible by providing donation-based, free sessions in different modalities.
We foster dialogues before and after class and facilitate additional community-building events upon demand.
